How to book

Training session fees
The full fee for the course covers all course notes, lunch and refreshments which include tea, coffee, biscuits and soft drinks. Cheques should be made payable to David Scott Consultants on receipt of an invoice. Please note that payment is required upon receipt of an invoice and prior to the course taking place. Joining instructions and any other details will be sent with confirmation of booking.

Substitutions and cancellations

We use cancellation charges on all courses to discourage short-notice cancellations as these are to the possible detriment of the remaining participants. Cancelled places are also difficult for us to fill at short notice as often we have had to turn down other possible delegates who would have liked to have attended.

We therefore charge as follows - cancellation within four weeks of the course, full fee is payable; transfer to another course within four weeks of course date, half fee due. Substitutes may be nominated.

Accommodation
The course fee does not include accommodation, but we do provide a recommended list of places where delegates can stay at reasonable prices. Responsibility for bookings, payments etc. rest with the delegate's company.

Timing
All courses start at the times indicated on the confirmation letter. It is the delegate's responsibility to arrive at the course venue in good time and allow for any traffic problems. Once courses have started it is not possible for the trainer to start again for latecomers.
